EAT KETO PANCAKES AND STAY FIT

ZERO CARB PANCAKES

Fine pancakes without gluten, sugar and dairy products, made of only 3 ingredients! In addition, these pancakes have more fiber than carbohydrates and only 61 calories, which means that diabetics can enjoy them without thinking.

Recipe for 6 thick pancakes:

40 g finely ground coconut flour
3 eggs
2 dl of almond milk
Himalayan salt sling (if desired)
Mix all the ingredients and leave it to last for a few minutes.

The mixture should be slightly thicker than the pancake mixture (shown in the picture below).

 
Pancake oven on a heated teflon pan on light fire.
Turn the pancake away when all the moisture is removed from it (shown in the picture above).
Complete the pancakes with fresh berries or fillings as desired, or eat what they are (very fine).
